This is a video about a Hawaiian spear gun for under $15.

We got all the parts from walmart. The parts were an arrow, hunting arrow tips and an exercise band.

Were you able to test this out under water? If so, how did it work? Were you able to catch any fish? Would a line attached to the arrow have helped?

We did test it. It worked ok, but was hard to get close to the fish. Bass are skittish!
I think in a more tropical environment, it would work ok.
