BVI/USVI Sailing Itinerary for Children Redux

So last week we had our bareboat charter in the Virgin Islands. I had posted A Kid-Friendly UVSI/BVI Charter Itinerary as I wanted to share one that focused on short sails and children. Something I had not found much online.

Well, after the fact, we ended up changing the route, go figure. Over the next few posts I’ll share what we learned about taking kids to the Virgin Islands and what islands we visited.

Here is the itinerary by day and island:

2. Lameshur Bay, Southern St John, USVI – 2 stars
3. Maho Bay, Northern St John, USVI – 4 stars
4. Great Harbor, Jost Van Dyke, BVI – 4 stars
5. Diamond Cay, Jost Van Dyke, BVI – 4 stars
6. Cane Garden Bay, Western Tortola, BVI – 1 star
7. Caneel Bay, Western St John, USVI – 3 stars
8. Red Hook, Eastern St Thomas, USVI

The stars, 1-5, indicate how children friendly the location was.
